Chili Lime Glaze

Rubbed onto the outer skin

2 spoonfuls compound butter

Juice of 1/2 a lime

1 cup corona beer

Jar inserted into the cavity of the bird.

Baked at 350°F for 2 hour's. 

1.5 hour's covered, 30 minutes uncovered.
